Geotechnical Designers required for long term contract positions in London and Newcastle.
We are assisting our client, one of the UK’s largest Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy businesses as they look to scale up on skilled Geotech Designers for a range of Rail and Infrastructure Projects throughout the UK. This opportunity will provide you with the chance to be working on some of the highest profile projects in the UK.
We are looking for candidates who can design foundations, retaining walls and basements.
Qualifications Required: MEng Civil Engineering or good civils-based degree.
Experience in coordinating and undertaking geotechnical design to Eurocodes including piles, retaining walls (including reinforced earth/soil nailing) and earthworks will be required for these positions. We also want to speak to people with experience of working on infrastructure projects following geotechnical assurance procedures including Network Rail F001-F003, ideally with working knowledge of Oasys Geo suite, Plaxis and GIS.
