Scotland’s Railway Tournament is open to everyone working across the rail industry, and we are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive event.
Mixed-sex teams are actively encouraged, and we particularly welcome women working across the railway to get involved. Whether you’re a regular player, returning to football after a break, or simply looking to take part in a fun and supportive team event, there is a place for you in the tournament.
We encourage teams to reflect the diversity of our industry and to use the event as an opportunity to bring together colleagues from different roles, organisations, backgrounds, and experiences. The tournament is about participation, teamwork, networking, and community impact just as much as it is about football.
