The annual Rail User Group RUG Awards 2024 aim to recognise and reward volunteers who work tirelessly to improve their local railway stations and services on behalf of passengers.

Categories include: Best social media promotion, Best website – the Adrian Shooter Award, Best newsletter – the Paul Abell Award, Best new group – the Oliver Lovell Award, Best campaign, Best campaigner – the Clara Zilahi Award, Judges’ Special Award (not open to nominations, at the Judges’ sole discretion).
