PWI Technical Seminar – Light Rail & Trams for a Sustainable, Carbon-Neutral Tomorrow takes place on 14 November 2024.

This is PWI’s first technical seminar focusing on Light Rail and Trams, where James Hammet, Managing Director of UK Tram, and Marek Szwej from Nottingham Tram, will open the event with a strategic overview of the sector.

The seminar will focus on current experience of industry practitioners, from S&C development through to planning renewals on established networks. After lunch, it will explore the critical role of collaboration, the value of learning from others, and the impact of innovation and technology adoption in driving continuous improvement. These aspects are essential to delivering a sustainable transport solution.
