Description: Nikos is a Chartered OLE Engineer with 15 years’ experience in the railway industry. He brings broad experience across all aspects of the OLE project lifecycle, including design, construction and assurance and a strong understanding of the requirements of other engineering disciplines and railway operations. With roles as OLE PE and DPE at Network Rail, Nikos has led multidisciplinary teams through strong stakeholder collaboration, technical leadership, and a focus on safety and compliance. As the former OLE Team Leader for WSP’s Manchester office, he effectively managed and mentored engineering teams, supported professional growth, and prepared detailed tenders, showcasing his strategic and technical strengths.
