May 2024 Leadership Lessons Knowledge Session From Intuitive Talent Solutions

Join Intuitive founder Nina Lockwood and two expert guest speakers for a forthcoming Knowledge Session in May.

Nina will be joined by Julia Rouse, Professor of Entrepreneurship at Manchester Metropolitan University, and Elaine Johnson, Director of People at Great Places Housing Group.

Together, they’ll be discussing how to improve the diversity of employee teams to better serve customers – including sharing best practices and the results they’ve achieved.

Building Inclusive Teams: Lessons from the Housing Sector takes place on 15 May from 2.30 to 4.30pm and explores how lessons learned can be adopted in rail and other sectors.

Transport and housing have some similarities in terms of governance, rules and regulations, and also a moral compass towards serving people and communities.
