Fleet Performance and Continuity

March 3 @ 8:30 am - 3:00 pm

Fleet Performance, quite obviously, doesn’t happen in isolation – its external factors, fixed infrastructure, operating plan, people, weather and more!  It’s not ‘just’ an Operator issue, although they are at the receiving end of passengers’ frustrations for delays and cancellations.

It is, quite rightly, a whole industry system that requires a whole industry solution and a whole industry working together.

This edition of Fleet Performance, will take a look at a range of perspectives, starting with the Performance Restoration Framework and its priorities, to hearing from the Rail Delivery Group lead for performance and the current performance figures.  Rail Forum will also hear from light rail and passenger operators, plus OEM and ROSCO and hope to finish the day with supply chain delegates significantly more informed but more interestingly still, crystalizing ideas and activities that can support the marked improvement of fleet nationally.
