Rail passengers in East Anglia can now save more money on great days out thanks to a new partnership between Greater Anglia and East Anglia Pass.
East Anglia Pass is an annual card that gives the named holder discounts to more than 250 attractions across Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire.
It also gives discounts to a range of cinemas, up to 30% off food at restaurants and money saving offers at attractions and shops. Usually the annual pass costs £14.99, but by buying it via Greater Anglia customers pay just £12.99.
There are more than 250 offers at attractions in East Anglia, including Pleasurewood Hills, Banham Zoo, Colchester Zoo, Pleasure Beach, Africa Alive, Southend and Clacton Pier.
Martin Moran, Greater Anglia’s Commercial and Customer Service Director, said: “We’re very pleased to be offering this great money saving initiative to our customers. East Anglia Pass offers discounts on great days out, shopping and at several restaurants.
“Customers can also benefit from a range of great value fares including Groupsave, and children travel for just £2 with any adult. Adult fares start from just £6 and for the cheapest prices, people should book tickets directly from our website.”
Jonathon Moore from East Anglia Pass said: “We are delighted to offer Greater Anglia customers the opportunity to buy a discounted pass for £12.99. The pass offers fantastic value across the year for anyone visiting different attractions, cinemas and restaurants as typically you will pay back the cost of the card in one or two days out.
“Over the next 3 months we are focusing on increasing the number of offers around different Greater Anglia stations so keep an eye out for new deals as they come in.”
East Anglia Pass can be bought online and issued either as a plastic card, or people can download the App, by searching “East Anglia Pass” in the Google Play or App Store, and start using the pass immediately.
