Our next User Forum taking place on Thursday 9th November at the Congress Centre in London will focus on how we can partner with the railway industry to adopt a more proactive approach to competence management.

Our theme this year will be partnering with the railway industry; promoting a proactive approach.  We believe that safety can be improved if the industry works together to identify common challenges faced by TOCs, FOCs and other suppliers, to collectively develop solutions that will improve performance and reduce incidents.

The event will showcase some of our customers and partners who are already adopting a proactive approach and the impacts this is making around process improvements and efficiencies.  We will explore the opportunities around Big Data, Power BI integration, Data Visualisation and Augmented Reality.  There are new developments in our Learning Management System and we will look at how these can be used in conjunction with competence management.
